Rhox Consulting, founded in 2024, is a Quantity Surveying firm located in Langley, BC. We specialize in the Lower Mainland and Vancouver Island markets as construction cost consultants, providing cost estimating, loan monitoring, cost control and other such services to suit the needs of local developers and lenders.
We provide our clients with timely and realistic budgets as well as dedicated support for management of potential risks through the development and construction process for the good of the project.

With over a decade of experience providing quality Quantity Surveying services for projects across British Columbia, Adam has acquired extensive knowledge on the industry, its participants, and its standards. He is well versed in the various requirements of all local lenders and the quality of communication, teamwork, and execution expected by developers and other project shareholders. He has taken the highest level of due diligence required as the basis for Rhox Consulting’s reporting standards.
