Provide a review of the developer’s budget, regulatory requirements, schedule, lender requirements and other peripheral reports to confirm the total cost of the project. Prepare Progress Claim reports to the lender based on their due diligence requirements. A standard service required by construction lenders to best understand projects as they proceed and to protect their interests.

Provide complete estimates of the general requirements, material, labour, and soft costs of a construction project. These services provide the advice needed by our clients to determine project viability and form a basis for cost control.

Provide review of contractor and sub-contractor invoices, progress, payments, and lien holdbacks to certify the appropriate payments for the project owner monthly. Review and confirm substantial completion for release of lien holdbacks.

Provide review of construction agreements and advise of potential changes or supplemental conditions to best suit your project and relationship. Also, to provide a review of change orders in the context of the current agreement(s), project progress, drawings, scopes, and other factors to determine the correct price for the change order.
